Austin Retina Associates is seeking a front desk receptionist in Texas to welcome patients, perform check-in, collect co-pays, and verify insurance details. You will use multiple practice systems and communicate with clinical and billing staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
You may travel to satellite clinics as needed. The role is hourly, non-exempt, with benefits including health plans, 401(k), and career growth at a growing ophthalmology practice.

You will welcome, check in and provide that extra customer experience in one of our fifteen busy clinics.
Sitting, standing, and walking for up to 4-6 hours a day; talk and hear both in person and by telephone, speaking loudly for patients in need; use hands to finger, handle and feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms. Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to twenty-five pounds on occasion. Specific vision abilities required by this job include viewing multiple computer screens, close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision and the ability to adjust focus. Viewing images and operating computer devices constantly.
