Qualifications

• Experience with IEP development and Rubric Design.
• 3+ years guiding general projects end to end.
• Change management experience; coaching is a bonus.
• Strong documentation discipline.

Responsibilities

• Sense when a Waco relationship needs a call, not an email.
• Own one slice of ScaleSolutions Inc's general mission end to end.
• Keep Rubric Design documentation current as the work outpaces it.
• Keep your IEP Development edge sharp as the TX market shifts.
• Provide hands-on support to colleagues and ScaleSolutions Inc clients as needed.
• Own the day-to-day rhythm of general work across our Waco, TX operation.
• Pair Formative Assessment fluency with the patience to explain it plainly.
• Steer ScaleSolutions Inc's Formative Assessment roadmap with both nerve and humility.
