We offer a competitive compensation package with a $90,000–$115,000 salary, a W2 employed position, sign-on bonus, benefits, 401K with 4% match, CEUs, and paid parental leave.

Our Edmonds office features a hybrid model with in-person and remote flexibility and schedules Monday through Friday with weekends optional.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Washington State.
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
• Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and/or couples therapy to adults and/or children.
• Deliver high-quality clinical care with a patient-centered approach.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient welfare.
