LifeStance Health is hiring Licensed Therapists (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in Washington. We offer W2 employment, sign-on bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package with flexible part-time and full-time schedules.

This role supports adult and/or child/adolescent therapy in a hybrid model with in-person and remote options at our Federal Way offices and surrounding locations. Competitive compensation ranges from $90,000 to $115,000 annually, with uncapped earning potential based on productivity.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Washington State (WA) to practice therapy.
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
• Experience delivering individual and/or couples therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based therapy to clients in an outpatient setting.
• Conduct assessments and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with clinical team to coordinate care.
