Job summary

CompHealth offers locum assignments with 8 am to 5 pm inpatient hours and a typical patient load of 15–18 per shift. Preferred procedures include intubation, central/arterial lines, lumbar puncture and various sedation techniques.

Housing, travel arrangements, malpractice coverage, and a simplified credentialing process are provided. Assignments can range from short day spans to multi-year terms, with weekly deposits and dedicated recruiters to guide you.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient coverage 8 am–5 pm.
• Care for 15–18 patients per shift.
• Perform preferred procedures as listed (intubation, lines, sedation, chest procedures).
• Coordinate with the CompHealth recruiter and facilities for assignments.

Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
