Position Overview

We seek motivated technicians of all experience levels to perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial vehicles and their components. A valid driver’s license is required; CDL preferred.

Salary range: $45,000-$150,000+ depending on experience and knowledge.

Responsibilities

1. Perform work accurately and efficiently as per repair orders, adhering to company and factory standards.
2. Diagnose malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
3. Tag and store parts for warranty or customer requests.
4. Assess vehicles for safety or additional service needs.
5. Communicate promptly with service advisors regarding additional work or issues.
6. Document all work performed and recommendations.
7. Participate in manufacturer training and stay updated with technical bulletins.
8. Supervise apprentice technicians as assigned.
9. Maintain and properly store tools and manuals.

Requirements

• Hands-on diesel technician experience, preferably with dealership background.
• Navistar and Cummins engine certifications preferred.
• ASE certification preferred.
• Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in diesel engines.
• Ability to pass background, drug, and alcohol tests.
