Who We’re Hiring:

We’re seeking forward-thinking and experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners who understand the magnitude of the need and want to be part of the solution. Working with Brightside means the ability to practice with clinical autonomy alongside Psychiatrist support while creating a flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain all appropriate licensure to prescribe and dispense medications under applicable state and federal laws
2. Have excellent grammar, attention to detail, and efficient at writing medical information at a patient level
3. Must be technology savvy and excited about how technology can improve medical care
4. Provide direct patient care via telemedicine
5. Evaluate patient records, make prescribing decisions, and provide medication-related counseling as needed in a timely manner
6. Manage your own schedule for seeing patients, while achieving weekly hour commitments
7. Successful completion of charting within 48 hours of session

Requirements:

1. Active and clear RN and APRN license
2. Licensed Nurse Practitioner - Certified in Psychiatric & Mental Health (PMHNP Required)
3. At least 2 years of autonomous experience practicing as a PMHNP
4. Previous experience working in an outpatient setting
5. Telehealth experience and a high comfort level of working with technology
6. Licensed in 2+ states, preferred
7. 40 hours of availability per week (36 clinical hours, 4 admin hours), M-F
