Synergy Technologies is seeking a Senior GenAI / ML Engineer to design predictive AI and GENAI platform architectures on a contract-to-hire basis in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on building APIs and backend services using Python and FastAPI, and leveraging AWS Bedrock/SageMaker for scalable AI/ML solutions.

You will implement strong CI/CD pipelines, work with monitoring tools like Splunk, Datadog, Arize or Galileo, and help shape GenAI platform strategy across the stack.

Qualifications

• Hands-on senior GenAI/ML engineer with platform design experience.
• Experience building APIs and backend services with Python and FastAPI.
• Familiarity with AWS Bedrock or SageMaker for AI/ML workloads.

Required Skills:

• Build APIs and backend services using Python and FastAPI
• Use AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to understand and improve existing code
• Work with AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker) for AI/ML solutions
• Design and develop GenAI and ML platforms
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines
• Monitor applications using Splunk, Datadog, Arize, Galileo, or similar tools
