RJW Transport, Inc. in Joliet, IL is seeking a Warehouse Trainer to lead hands-on training for new hires and current staff, focusing on best practices and safety.
This role requires strong instructional skills and the ability to manage training records and schedules. The position involves coordinating training sessions, ensuring adherence to SOPs, and traveling to RJW buildings as needed to cover shifts and certify equipment operators.
Pay Range: $23 to $26 per hour (depending on shift schedule + equipment/driver certification)
The Warehouse Trainer is responsible for the hands on training of all new personnel and other warehouse employees. The Warehouse Trainer will be responsible for training on best practices and providing on the job training to employees. Also this person will have the opportunity to participate in scout assignments across the network as needed.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, and fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment will range from quiet to moderately loud.
