The Community Health Center of Richmond (CHCR) is a Federally Qualified Health Center with 4 locations in Staten Island, New York. CHCR offers many health services including Primary Care, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Pediatrics, Dentistry, and Podiatry. CHCR also provides maternal and infant health supportive services, including two home visiting programs: Healthy Start and the Perinatal Infant Community Health Collaborative, community doula programs: City Wide Doula Initiative and Healthy Women Health Futures, comprehensive family planning, and breastfeeding support services.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a W.I.C Nutritionist at Community Health Center Richmond located in Staten Island, NY. The Nutritionist will be responsible for providing nutritional counseling, promoting and supporting breastfeeding, nutrition education, and creating care plans for W.I.C participants.
