Job summary

Alto is hiring San Francisco drivers to join as a W-2 employee team. You will drive a company-provided luxury SUV and complete Uber trips through the Uber app, earning a guaranteed hourly wage, tips, and employee benefits.

Pay starts at $20.50 per hour, with raises after about one month, plus weekly performance bonuses. A $1,000 bonus is awarded after 25 shifts. Weekly direct deposit or On-Demand Pay options are available.

Qualifications

• Eligible to drive on the Uber app with no suspensions.
• Must be 25 years or older.
• Valid California Driver's License with at least 1 year of U.S. driving experience.
• Clear background check and drug screening.
• Clean driving record.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company-provided luxury SUV and complete Uber trips.
• Maintain safety and high-quality passenger service.
• Follow Alto schedule and accepted shifts, up to 40 hrs/week.
• Receive hourly pay, bonuses, and tips through weekly pay.
