Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years as Automotive Technician focused on German vehicles.
• German vehicle experience preferred; VW Master Technician status desired.
• Proficient with VW-specific diagnostic tools and VW models.
• ASE certifications are a plus; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Volkswagen vehicles per manufacturer specifications.
• Complete VW-specific repairs including engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, brakes, and exhaust.
• Stay up-to-date with VW service bulletins, technical updates, and recalls.
• Perform factory-recommended maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment to assess and resolve issues.
• Provide clear and professional communication to customers regarding vehicle condition and repair needs.
• Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and time spent on each repair.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
