Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as Automotive Technician focusing on German vehicles.
• VW Master Technician status preferred.
• Proficient with VW diagnostic tools and systems.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform VW-specific repairs including engine, transmission, electrical systems, brakes and suspension.
• Stay current with VW service bulletins, updates and recalls.
• Conduct factory-recommended maintenance like oil changes and tire rotations.
• Use diagnostics to accurately assess and resolve vehicle issues.
• Communicate conditions and repair needs clearly to customers.
• Complete work timely while upholding quality and safety standards.
• Maintain service records, parts usage, and time spent per repair.
• Collaborate with service team for a smooth customer experience.
