Job summary

Gerald Jones Auto Group in Augusta, GA is looking for a VW Audi Service Technician to join our service team and deliver high-quality repairs that meet dealer standards. You will test-drive vehicles, diagnose issues, and coordinate with advisors to ensure timely service completion.

Ideal candidates bring VW/Audi knowledge, ASE certifications preferred, a clean driver’s license, and a readiness to pass a drug screen and background check.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of VW/Audi vehicles and foreign line experience is preferred.
• ASE certifications are a plus.
• A clean and valid driver’s license is required.
• Willingness to undergo a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Performing efficient, high-quality repairs following dealership specifications.
• Using diagnostic tools to test-drive vehicles and troubleshoot engines, transmissions, brakes, and A/C.
• Communicating with Service Advisors about additional service needs and timelines.
• Executing warranty repairs in line with manufacturer standards.

What You’ll Do:

As a VW Audi Service Technician, you’ll be at the heart of our service team, ensuring our customers’ vehicles perform their best. Your responsibilities include:

• Performing efficient, high-quality repairs following dealership specifications.

• Communicating directly with Service Advisors about additional service needs and repair timelines.

What You Bring to the Table:

We’re looking for skilled, motivated individuals who are ready to grow with us. Ideal candidates will have:

• Knowledge of VW or Audi vehicles (foreign line experience preferred).
• ASE certifications (a plus!). All levels of experience.
• A strong automotive background and a passion for teamwork.
