Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America, Inc. is seeking a Vulnerability Threat Management specialist to lead vulnerability identification, prioritization, and remediation across IT and OT environments, including manufacturing systems.

You will own the VTM program, analyze data, and collaborate with IT, OT, and plant teams to reduce risk. Responsibilities include developing dashboards and executive metrics, aligning with NIST-800-53, and driving secure configuration and patching practices across hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in vulnerability management lifecycle.
• Experience interpreting CVEs, CVSS, threat intel.
• Coordinate remediation across IT/OT teams.
• Maintain vulnerability metrics, dashboards, and exec reporting.
• Align activities with security frameworks such as NIST-800-53.
• Experience with enterprise vulnerability scanning platforms.
• Experience working with OT/devices in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution and continuous improvement of the VTM program.
• Identify, analyze, prioritize, and track vulnerabilities across endpoints, servers, network devices, cloud workloads, Webservers and OT/manufacturing assets.
• Coordinate remediation efforts with IT infrastructure, application owners, plant engineers, and operations teams.
• Develop and maintain vulnerability dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level metrics.
• Promote secure configuration, patching practices, and risk-based remediation.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve remediation efficiency and reporting accuracy.
