Job summary

Natixis CIB Americas is seeking a skilled Vulnerability Patch Management Specialist (VP or Director level) to join our security team in New York. You will manage and optimize our vulnerability and patch management processes across the IT landscape, collaborating with the Americas platform and Head Office.

You will develop KPIs, KRIs, and risk-based strategies, track the risk register, and maintain process documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in vulnerability management, patch management, or related security roles with oversight of Plans of Action and Milestones (POAM).
Strong understanding of common security vulnerabilities and the ability to assess their impact on systems and infrastructure.
Experience with vulnerability management, application security and SIEM tools.

Responsibilities

Collaborate extensively with IT stakeholders across the Americas, Head Office, and international platforms.
Manage the vulnerability patch management process, including vulnerability identification, prioritization, and remediation on infrastructure systems.
Develop and present KPIs and KRIs and advance the program through a risk-based approach.
Track risk register and oversee remediation actions through the risk decisioning process.
Maintain process documentation for all aspects of the VPM program.
