Job summary

Cyderes is seeking a hands-on Vulnerability Management Manager to lead a small, high-performing team while staying closely connected to the technical work. You will mentor four professionals, support client delivery, and own day-to-day responsibilities to enable senior leadership to focus on strategic initiatives.

Reporting to Andrew, you will drive vulnerability and exposure management activities across client environments and coordinate with client infrastructure, security, and operations

Qualifications

• Experience leading a vulnerability management team.
• Strong collaboration with client infrastructure, cloud, security, and operations teams.
• Ability to communicate vulnerability findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of four vulnerability management professionals.
• Coordinate regular check-ins to discuss workload and client challenges.
• Drive remediation tracking and validation across client environments.
• Escalate technical or client issues and ensure effective delivery.
• Support client delivery and maintain strong customer experience.
