Job summary

SailPoint Technologies Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Vulnerability Management Team Lead to oversee the VM program and lead a growing team.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on proactive risk reduction, collaboration with Attack Surface Management, and partnership with IT, DevOps, and Security teams. You will drive vulnerability discovery, triage, and remediation across cloud and corporate infrastructure, while establishing risk acceptance criteria and actionable SLAs.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in Cybersecurity, with 2–3+ years in leadership roles.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise vulnerability assessment tools.
• Strong understanding of CVSS, CVE, EPSS and modern patching processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day VM operations and mentor analysts.
• Manage end-to-end vulnerability lifecycle across cloud and on-premise assets.
• Develop risk-based prioritization using asset criticality and threat intelligence.
• Lead remediation efforts and ensure SLA/compliance.
• Automate processes and integrate data across Jira and SIEM/SOAR.
• Produce KPI/KRI dashboards for leadership.
