Qualifications

• Experience working in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment.
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety guidelines consistently.
• Strong attention to detail with focus on quality, accuracy, and safety.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new processes, support cross-training, and adapt to a regulated or lean manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, adjust, and maintain machinery.
• Produce vulcanized rubber cups in a fast-paced environment.
• Meet daily production goals consistently.
• Follow safety and quality procedures.
• Complete required production documentation and maintain a clean workspace.
• Support cross-training and lean manufacturing initiatives.
