Job summary

Young Innovations in St. Louis, Missouri is seeking a machine operator to join our production team. You will operate and adjust machinery, inspect finished products, and support a fast-paced environment. This 8-hour shift runs Monday through Friday, offering an opportunity to contribute to high-quality rubber cup production.

You are detail-oriented, able to work independently and with a team, and committed to safety, quality, and efficiency in a regulated manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Set up, operate, adjust, and maintain machinery
• Produce various styles of vulcanized rubber cups
• Meet daily production goals consistently & efficiently
• Maintain safety and quality standards
• Follow all safety and standard operating procedures
• Utilize in process inspections and visual observations to maintain a high level of quality
• Become familiar with ISO, FDA and other applicable regulatory standards
• Complete required production documentation and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Support cross-training, and adapt to a regulated or lean manufacturing environment
• Participate in continuous improvement processes

Position Overview

We are looking for a machine operator to join our team in St. Louis, Missouri. In this position, you will be responsible for operating & adjusting machinery, as well as inspecting completed products. This is an 8-hour shift. Mon-Fri.

Who You’ll Work With

• Work as part of a collaborative and talented production team, partnering with fellow operators to meet quality, safety, and production goals.
• Report directly to the Production Supervisor, with day-to-day support and guidance from a Production Lead to help you succeed in your role.
