Fanatics is seeking a Collation Lead to support the Supervisor in managing collation lines to ensure correct sequencing and count accuracy of cards prior to FMC. You will direct daily line setup and card sequence verification, monitor operator performance, and communicate with Quality for spot checks while recording output and downtime.

This on-site role is based in Dallas. Applicants should have strong organizational skills and attention to detail to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing

Job Summary:
