Assignment Start Date: 6/9/2025

13 weeks | Nights | 12-hour shift |36 hours per week guaranteed

Travelers may only be on assignment for no more than 26 weeks. The initial 13 and then one extension up to 13 weeks)

Join our dedicated team as a Registered Nurse (RN) and be at the forefront of coordinating exceptional patient care for adult and pediatric patients. Your expertise will be pivotal in providing comprehensive medical, surgical, outpatient, observation, swing bed, and pediatric care on the dynamic adult and pediatric Med/Surg unit. Collaborate with a talented group of professionals and lead them to meet the unique needs of our diverse patient population, all while utilizing the innovative Nursing Process to make critical decisions.

We prioritize holistic care, ensuring that patients' age, physiological, spiritual, psychosocial, and developmental needs are met with compassion and proficiency. You will be accountable to the Unit Director and work closely with the Clinical Coordinator and/or Nursing Supervisor during your shift, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

Experience

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

A minimum of three years of acute care experience is required

Licenses, Certifications, And/or Registration

Current Vermont RN or multi-state licensure is required
AHA BLS/BCLS certification is essential
ACLS certification is highly desired.

EMR System: Meditech knowledge/experience preferred

Shift: Night shift 7 pm - 7 am! Three 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, include every other weekend.

Orientation: will be on the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month

This is NOT a pediatric floor but may occasionally have a pediatric patient - DO NOT SUBMIT PEDI ONLY RNs
