In higher complexity stores, this role provides direction, prioritization, and coaching to Brand Supervisors to ensure consistent execution. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, as assigned.
The Victoria’s Secret Manager drives the overall customer and brand experience within the Victoria’s Secret Business. They ensure both product presentation and selling behaviors reflect the Brand’s guidance and objectives. Specifically, the Victoria’s Secret Manager owns:
