About the Role

Explore the mechanical design and development behind emerging solar energy technology. This internship offers opportunities to support Vroom Power’s hardware projects and learn about the intersection of mechanical design and energy systems. Projects may vary based on company priorities, available resources, and the intern’s skills and interests.

Potential Projects and Responsibilities

Depending on project needs, you may:

• Assist with CAD modeling, component design, or assembly concepts.
• Explore materials, thermal management, durability, or portability considerations.
• Help prepare technical drawings and design documentation.
• Support prototyping activities or review testing feedback.
• Collaborate with team members on integrating mechanical and electrical components.
• Fabrication and physical testing activities may depend on equipment access and appropriate supervision.

What We’re Looking For

Students studying mechanical engineering, engineering technology, or related fields are encouraged to apply. Benefits and Internship Details

• Program: Offered through the Students + Startups internship program.
