Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is looking for a VRC Loader. This position will be responsible for loading parts onto a moving production line. This will be a first shift position.

What you will be doing:

• Checks for incoming materials to prevent production stalls.
• Ensures work area is clean and performs necessary housekeeping.
• Has basic math skills.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
• Needs flexibility with production hours.
• Must recognize parts that do not meet specifications.
• Able to stand at the workstation for long periods.
• Required to lift up to approximately 40 pounds.
• Must reject materials that do not meet quality standards.
• Adheres to the dress code.
• Can follow written and verbal instructions.
• Can work in environments with noise, dust, heat, and cold air.
• Sustains repetitive motions using arms and hands.

The skills and experience you need:

Education:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Experience:

• 6 months experience in manufacturing.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong verbal communication skills.

Other:

• Able to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• Ability to react quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Able to work alongside other Loaders.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
