Job Description: The Payment Compliance Analyst supports VR Developer payments, serving as a key contact to improve their payment experience. This role suits those passionate about financial data, service excellence, and detail orientation. Military veterans are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

  1. Research and resolve financial/payment questions for Developers.
  2. Synthesize findings and communicate technical info internally.
  3. Conduct investigations, analyze large datasets.
  4. Meet KPIs for customer service.
  5. Maintain understanding of our software products to assist developers.
  6. Demonstrate a white-glove customer service approach.
  7. Provide feedback for training and process improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, ability to explain technical/financial info.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Problem-solving skills, proactive in detecting fraud.
  • Experience with gaming/social media preferred.
  • VR headset experience preferred.
  • BA/BS degree preferred.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be 18+ with High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1-2 years in financial/payment investigations.
  • Experience with data analysis and support preferred.
  • Experience with Zendesk and Salesforce required.
  • Knowledge of SQL preferred.
  • Must work onsite in Austin, TX.
  • Willingness to rotate shifts and maintain attendance.

Employment begins onsite at 11800 Alterra Pkwy, Austin, TX 78758. The location may change to downtown Austin in the future, and candidates must be flexible.
