This role emphasizes strong family communication, classroom management, and adherence to program standards, while promoting children's social, physical, and cognitive development in a supportive center setting.

Qualifications

• Must have a CDA, an associate degree or higher in education, or Florida Child Care Professional Certificate.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements for the program and center.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and stay aligned with licensing guidelines and program standards.
• Build genuine relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support student achievement and center success.
