Job summary

Discovery Point is seeking a Childcare Assistant Teacher to support the lead teacher in planning lessons and guiding children through activities within our approved curriculum, aimed at fostering social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth in a safe, nurturing environment.

You will help maintain a clean, healthy classroom and comply with state licensing requirements, training in CPR/Fire Safety, and other mandatory credentials.

Qualifications

• Must meet state licensing requirements for education and experience.
• Knowledge of early childhood education and curriculum.
• Knowledge of child care licensing rules and regulations.
• Ability to obtain training in CPR/Fire Safety and other training required.
• Must be able to meet all state requirements for Assistant Teachers.
