Job summary

Discovery Point - Oakwood seeks a Childcare Assistant Teacher to support the lead teacher in planning lessons and guiding children within the approved curriculum designed to foster social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth.

You will help maintain a safe, healthy learning environment and participate in ongoing training to promote child development and well-being.

Qualifications

• Must meet state licensing requirements for education and experience.
• Knowledge of early childhood education and curriculum.
• Knowledge of child care licensing rules and regulations.
• Ability to obtain training in CPR/Fire Safety and other training required.
• Must be able to meet all state requirements for Assistant Teachers.
