Glovis America, Inc. is seeking a VPC Team Lead to assist the VPC Supervisor and lead team members on the VPC Entrance/Exit Sides and the VPC Line. This role will also cover supervisor duties in their absence, ensuring safety and efficiency in a plant manufacturing/warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate demonstrates proven leadership, strong communication, and the ability to train staff while maintaining process standards and effective teamwork.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a team environment.
• Ability to develop and motivate a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to organize work activities and manpower.
• Read, write and perform basic math calculations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee duties on the VPC Entrance/Exit Side and VPC Line.
• Communicate work assignments and monitor progress daily.
• Ensure compliance with SWIS, policies, and procedures.
• Lead shifts and conduct pre-shift team meetings.
• Train team members and ensure necessary tools are available.
• Communicate with customers and supervisors to meet expectations.
