Job summary

Fidelity is seeking a VP Wealth Planner in Alpharetta, GA, to lead high-net-worth client relationships with comprehensive planning and investment strategies.

You will guide clients through personalized financial roadmaps, coordinate with teams, and manage complex wealth scenarios, ensuring a best-in-class planning experience. This onsite role emphasizes relationship-building and adherence to FINRA requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred.
  • CFP highly preferred.
  • Active FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensed and hold appropriate state registrations, OR ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire.
  • 5+ years industry experience in financial services or a related field, 10+ years preferred.
  • 3-5 years of financial planning experience, 5+ years preferred.
  • Strong understanding of behavioral economics and family dynamics.
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills with collaborative attitude.
  • Proven track record of client satisfaction (high Net Promoter Score).
  • Deep understanding of investment theory, markets, and products.
  • Success in fast paced environment.
  • Experience developing, delivering, and executing comprehensive wealth management strategies including investment management, retirement, tax, and protection planning

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
