Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) license is required/desired.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in water resources engineering with leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local water/wastewater regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for major water and wastewater projects from studies through construction services.
• Oversee the technical quality and regulatory compliance of all engineering deliverables.
• Serve as Engineer of Record, certifying plans and documentation as required.
• Act as the primary client liaison, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies to secure permits and approvals.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules and resource plans.
• Mentor and support junior engineers and project managers.
• Drive business development initiatives for the water resources division.
