Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering with wastewater focus.
• 12+ years of post-education experience in water resources engineering.
• Engineer license required (multi-state preferred).
• Proficient knowledge of water/wastewater engineering principles, models, technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the engineering discipline and guide project delivery.
• Lead high-level professional engineering for complex wastewater infrastructure projects in the California District.
• Coordinate design reviews to ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
• Mentor staff and support professional development.
