Job summary

Twin Health is seeking a Vice President, Clinical Service Operations to lead the operational engine of our virtual practice. You will ensure reliable clinical supply, scalable workflows, and financial accountability, partnering with HR, Finance, and Product/Analytics.

You will drive onboarding, care-team staffing, and sensor support, while safeguarding licensing and credentialing across pods to sustain growth and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare operations or virtual care leadership.
• Experience leading large-scale clinical operations at scale.
• Strong forecasting, staffing, and capacity-planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Balance clinical supply with member demand to maintain 90–110% utilization.
• Own enrollment support services, onboarding visit reliability, and sensor onboarding.
• Ensure licensing/credentialing meets pod requirements and provider standards.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Product/Analytics to scale operations for new launches.
