Job summary

BMO Capital Markets is seeking a high-caliber VP/Director to oversee the Power, Utilities & Infrastructure portfolio across Canada and the United States. The role requires frequent travel to support client coverage, relationship development, and business growth initiatives.

Responsibilities include delivering strategic advisory, cross-selling, and deal structuring while working with internal stakeholders across North America.

Qualifications

• Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Deal execution and/or project management skills - ability to manage more than one client / major initiative - Expert.
• Market and product knowledge to enable the comprehensive servicing of clients and the effective development of new solutions - Expert.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage client relationships across Canada and the United States.
• Lead cross-selling initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Provide deal structuring expertise and risk-aware recommendations to clients.
