Job summary

Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) seeks a results-driven Vice President, Treasury Management, to lead debt financing, cash and investment policies, and pension/457 plan oversight.

Under the EVP of Finance, you will shape long-term financial strategy, oversee enterprise treasury operations, partner with external advisors, and drive governance, compliance, and capital project funding.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of public-sector debt financing, including bonds and investment strategies.
• Experience reviewing laws, regulations, and complex financial documents.
• Ability to lead external financial and legal advisors to meet timelines.

Responsibilities

• Advise CFO on long-term financial policy, capital structure, and investment strategy.
• Design and implement enterprise-wide Treasury policies and systems.
• Oversee debt and investment portfolios for liquidity and performance.
• Direct strategic analysis for financing and capital programs.
• Negotiate and govern foundational financial documents.
