Job summary

Golub Capital is seeking a Senior Director for Treasury to lead reporting, analytics and cash management initiatives. You will design Power BI dashboards, develop DAX measures, and partner with treasury leadership to drive liquidity optimization and financing strategies.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in reporting/BI within financial services, strong SQL and data governance experience, and a proven ability to translate complex business needs into scalable analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related quantitative field.
• 7+ years in reporting, analytics, BI or data management, preferably in financial services.
• Advanced Power BI experience; strong DAX and data modeling skills.
• Experience integrating data from multiple systems and driving governance.

Responsibilities

• Reporting & Analytics Development: design, build, maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and scorecards.
• Build reporting frameworks for detailed operational analysis and executive decision making.
• Develop DAX measures for scalable reporting across funds and units.
• Automate and improve reporting processes using governed datasets and semantic models.
• Support data governance, quality controls and data validation across sources.
• Provide training and ongoing support for users of analytics solutions.
