Job summary

Mizuho is seeking a Treasury & Capital Management Strat, VP in New York to lead AL‑TMS implementations and optimize treasury operations. The role combines analytics, system configuration, and cross‑functional collaboration to improve cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and risk management.

The candidate will also develop dashboards, supervise hedging strategies, and train treasury staff on the AL‑TMS suite, with a focus on process improvement and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or analytical field; Master’s/CFA/CTP preferred.
• Experience with AL‑TMS implementation and optimization is required or strongly preferred.
• PM or project management exposure is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end AL‑TMS implementation, configuration, testing and go‑live support.
• Oversee daily cash management, liquidity forecasting and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with IT, finance and vendors during implementation and upgrades.
• Develop dashboards and reports for cash flow and liquidity insights.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or analytical field

Master’s degree or professional certifications (CTP/CFA)
