The Vice President, Transaction Manager is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing and executing Redwood Trust’s residential mortgage-related purchase, sale, and securitization transactions. This role ensures operational excellence, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment across all transaction phases. The VP will influence and collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and external partners to drive successful outcomes. The ideal candidate brings deep mortgage industry expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
A reasonable estimate of the total compensation range for this role is $120,000-$142,000. The actual salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, geographic location, training, licensure and certification, and other factors.
