Qualifications

• Experience in core Java development for high-throughput, low-latency systems.
• Designing high-performance messaging with binary protocols and lock-free patterns.
• Experience with UDP/network IPC and JVM tuning (ZGC/ Azul Zing).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in performance-critical systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve software for front-office trading systems.
• Collaborate with quants, product teams, and other engineers to define requirements.
• Review code, promote code quality, and participate in architecture discussions.
