What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and implement sales and retention strategies for the TPA business line across multiple states
  • Lead strategic planning and sales efforts, ensuring profitability and market competitiveness
  • Manage and coach a team of Sales Executives and Client Managers to achieve revenue targets
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with brokers, consultants, and key client contacts
  • Provide leadership and direction to ensure alignment with organizational strategies and goals
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5-7 years of health insurance industry experience
  • 5 years of sales leadership experience
  • State-specific Producer License in Life, Accident & Health required or to be obtained within 45 days of hire
  • Proficiency in financial forecasting and understanding industry trends
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration
  • Experience with Highmark or BCBS
  • Strong relationships with external stakeholders in the PA, DE, WV, NY, and/or CA markets
  • Experience selling to large self-funded customers
  • Marketing experience
