As Regional Vice President of Sales, you will drive sales and revenue through a team of District Sales Managers (Territory Sales Representatives) in the defined geography and opportunity zones to exceed the assigned gross margin.

  • Drive regional revenue targets in alignment with a strategic framework and Head of Retail Sales as you cultivate and maintain a strong customer-focused approach.
  • Develop DSMs to consistently achieve gross margin targets.
  • Perform daily and weekly sales calls to discuss district performance, review information DSMs gathered during their visits and cold calls to identify barriers and review On-Site Business Reviews (OBRs)
  • Prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends; define regional sales system improvements; and implement change.
  • Recommend product lines by identifying new product or service opportunities and service changes, surveying consumer needs and trends.

You Have

  • A demonstrated history of selling to SMB retailers within the assigned geography.
  • Experience building business growth strategies to drive volume through new and existing customers.
  • At least five years of experience developing B2B sales teams in a defined geo-delivering value-add solutions to SMB retailers.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willing to travel within the territory more than 65% of the time.
  • The position is remote managing our Northeast region
  • Competitive base salary plus uncapped on-target sales commissions.
