What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Optimize the Direct-to-Consumer Sales strategy to enhance acquisition and retention efforts
- Lead and develop sales teams to meet or exceed sales goals and operational performance
- Collaborate with various departments to implement sales strategies that drive growth and profitability
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate product distribution
- Manage and develop a large team, providing guidance and support to ensure high employee engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales management, including sales contact center operations
- Proven track record of developing successful sales strategies and leading sales teams
- Relevant healthcare experience in sales, business development, or marketing
- Experience working with third-party vendors for staff augmentation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels

- 15+ years of experience in healthcare leadership
- Knowledge of omni-channel tools and capabilities
- Technology integration and migration experience
- Expertise in the insurance industry, including compliance and claims experience
- Leadership experience in large sales or call center environments
