A leading global technology solutions and services organization is seeking a senior executive to lead a large-scale Infrastructure Engineering & Services organization supporting complex enterprise customers.

This is a highly technical executive leadership opportunity combining infrastructure engineering, technology services delivery, operational leadership, and P&L responsibility.

The successful candidate will bring a deep technical foundation across enterprise infrastructure and data center environments, together with a proven record of leading large engineering and services organizations, complex customer engagements, and significant business portfolios.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 15+ years of progressive experience in technology infrastructure, engineering and services
• Significant senior executive leadership experience
• A strong career foundation in enterprise infrastructure and data center engineering
• Experience leading large-scale engineering and/or services organizations
• Responsibility for substantial P&L, revenue, margin and operational performance
• Experience managing organizations of 1,000+ technical practitioners
• Broad technical exposure across networking, security, data center, compute/storage, wireless, SD-WAN, UC and managed infrastructure services
• Experience delivering complex infrastructure programs for Fortune 500 or similarly sophisticated enterprises
• Strong engineering and operational understanding combined with commercial and financial acumen
• Executive-level experience engaging CIOs, CTOs, CISOs and other senior technology stakeholders
• Experience applying automation, AI or AIOps to improve infrastructure engineering and service delivery
