Eaton Corporation is seeking a Vice President, Supply Chain Readiness to lead end-to-end readiness for new capacity deployment and growth. This executive role oversees launch execution, launch readiness, and SIOP processes with plant teams to align materials, suppliers, inventory, and logistics with expansion plans.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive supply chain, sourcing, operations, or manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience leading supply chain strategies for expansions, greenfield sites, large-scale launches, or industrialization programs.
• Experience in supply network design, demand and capacity planning, supplier development and readiness, strategic sourcing, commodity management, NPI and product launch support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the executive supply chain lead for capacity expansion, startup, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Represent the voice of the supply network in stage-gate reviews, readiness assessments, and executive decision-making forums.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting that measure supplier readiness, launch performance, capacity attainment, and risk exposure.
• Provide ongoing updates to senior leadership regarding readiness, supplier commitments, supply risks, mitigation actions, and resource requirements.
