Job summary

ANS is seeking a seasoned Structural VP to lead our growing structural engineering team across utility-scale solar, battery energy storage, high-voltage, and wind projects. You’ll balance hands-on design with strategic leadership and budget oversight, reporting to the SVP of Engineering.

The ideal candidate has a PE license (SE a plus), a civil/structural engineering degree, 12+ years in progressive structural roles, and deep knowledge of codes and design software.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required; SE license is a plus.
• Bachelor’s in Civil or Structural Engineering is required; Master’s preferred.
• Strong leadership experience and 12+ years in structural engineering.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and growth of the Structural engineering department.
• Lead strategic growth with a hiring plan and drive revenue.
• Develop annual and long-range structural plans, budgets, and resources.
• Review calculations and stamp drawings; ensure quality and compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors on modular equipment and foundations.
