Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC seeks a Vice President of Business Management to partner with senior leaders, shape strategic initiatives, and drive operational excellence across TETO. You will oversee headcount, resource allocation, and cross-functional alignment with finance, business management, and transformation to deliver measurable results.

You will analyze performance, provide insights for decision-making, and present comprehensive reports to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Ten or more years of experience in business management, strategy, or related roles.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and report on business operations and strategic initiatives.
• Drive leadership in achieving Trusts & Estates and Tax Operations goals.
• Lead headcount planning and resource strategy for TETO.
• Partner with leaders across finance, business management, and transformation.
• Prepare comprehensive reporting including OKRs and senior leadership reviews.
• Foster effective communication and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage confidential information.
