Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7-12 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort challenging and escalating risks and decisions.
• Prior management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team coordinating engagements between WM CDO SMEs with UHNW clients/prospects and financial advisors.
• Oversee creation and dissemination of educational and marketing materials to reduce data risk.
• Manage WM CDO’s overall non-comp budget (consulting, travel, training, etc.).
• Serve as the point person for all WM CDO external consulting engagements.
• Support hiring managers in recruitment activities and provide pipeline insights.
• Ensure new hires understand the CDO mission and their roles.
• Facilitate touchpoints and communications to align team objectives.
• Drive WM CDO mentorship to grow network within CDO.
