This role involves building a high-impact ecosystem of independent software vendors (ISVs) to expand access to our financial solutions and embed us into the dental practice workflow.

The VP will develop and scale partnerships with dental practice management software, analytics tools, and digital engagement platforms to help providers grow their businesses and improve patient access to care through affordable payment options.

  2. Lead ISV partner strategy to increase provider access points and cardholder engagement through embedded finance solutions.
  3. Design and execute joint go-to-market programs with ISVs to increase provider adoption of financing solutions and drive cardholder applications.
  4. Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance teams to implement partner integrations and initiatives.
  5. Set KPIs for provider acquisition, application volume, and cardholder conversion influenced by ISV partnerships; continuously optimize for results.
  6. Stay informed on trends in dental tech, patient experience, and fintech to keep offerings relevant and competitive.
  7. Communicate professionally at multiple levels within client organizations; anticipate partner needs and respond proactively.
  8. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Business Management) or at least 10 years of relevant experience if no degree.
  • 5+ years in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem leadership in SaaS, healthcare tech, or fintech.
  • Proven success in B2B sales at the C-level.
  • Strong collaboration, project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex tech and commercial partner structures and align diverse stakeholders.
  • Travel up to 30% required.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Master’s in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Proven success in building and scaling ISV ecosystems that drive customer acquisition and revenue.
  • Strong understanding of the dental practice software market and patient financing landscape.
  • Creative problem-solving skills to address partner and provider needs.
  • Ability to work in complex matrix organizations and build deep stakeholder relationships.

Grade/Level: 13
