A leading financial institution is seeking a VP, Portfolio Manager to support their Northbridge Credit Group. This role will focus on managing lending relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and overseeing portfolio operations. CIT Northbridge Credit is a trusted financial partner supporting middle-market companies with a broad range of flexible asset-based debt solutions. A joint venture advised by First Citizens Institutional Asset Management, it provides revolving and term loan commitments from $15 million to $150 million to companies across various industries and business cycles, and serves primarily as sole lender, agent, club participant or co-lender.
This VP, Portfolio Manager supports the Northbridge Credit Group through managing, servicing, and developing lending relationships on assigned accounts through prescribed policies and procedures. Identifies client needs and recommends facility modifications as appropriate. Builds strong relationships with clients in accordance with the JV values, providing value for the client while maximizing preservation of capital and revenue.
